1.    Write a 200- to 300-word short-answer response to the following: How can you use filters to creatively manipulate images? What filter effect do you find the most useful? Why?

2.    Then try out the filters you discussed and post a jpg file of your ‘before and after’ work, explaining what was done to the image. If you use one of your own original photos, remember to work on a copy of it, so that you don’t alter your original.
